Fresh off a massively successful fly-in in 2024, we’ve decided to continue this stupendous extravaganza for 2025. Here are details:

Dates: October 10-12, 2025. This dance weekend will incorporate our normal second Saturday social dance.

Place: Beaverton Elks Lodge, 3464 SW 106th Ave., Beaverton, Oregon 97005.

Callers: Featured callers are Vic Ceder, Darren Gallina, and Stephen Cole. And we’ll have an hour of line dancing with Rambler Clara Daikh.

Cost:

$90 for registrations received by September 15, 2025.

$100 thereafter.

If you can’t make it for the entire weekend, you can pay for just those sessions that you attend. The weekend is divided into 5 sessions: Friday evening, Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon, Saturday evening, and Sunday. Cost is $20 per dancer for each session, payable at the door by cash, check, or Venmo.

Hotel: We have negotiated a special rate of $118 per night plus taxes at the Best Western West Portland/Beaverton.
